Vague Depiction of Evil

Accurately and precisely defining a problem is the first step to solving it. What that means is not having a precise and accurate definition is the best way for malicious actors to prevent them from being solved. And I think that's exactly why we don't have a good term for the group of countries that are responsible for the most evil in the world today.

There are a lot of terms that come close. There's "The West", the "Global North", the "Developed World", the "First World". Some of these are outdated, some of these are better than others, but they all miss the mark because it's not a certain geographic region that's the problem, or some level of technology and economic strength. The problem is the utterly evil imperialist agenda of the United States of America and the countries that most support it. So I'm going to be calling this the "American bloc" of countries or the "Yankee Bloc" if I'm feeling like showing an appropriate level of anger at the horror these countries have inflicted.

Why the term works

The term is way more precise than others because it picks out the countries that are most complicit in American imperialist horror which has caused untold pain and suffering around the world. It's accurate as America has been an imperial tyrant since its creation of course but since the second world war it has folded many other states into doing its bidding. It includes countries such as Egypt, Australia, Jordan, Canada, Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the UK, Pakistan etc.

Two of the most prominent members of the Yankee bloc are the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Both of these nations are utterly dependent on American protection for their current regimes and both of them are carrying out genocides. The UAE by sponsoring the RSF in Sudan, and Israel by using constant supplies of American weapons, funding and American diplomatic immunity to directly continue the ethnic cleansing of Palestine through the ongoing horrors in The West Bank and the continued genocide via blockade, destruction of infrastructure, and bombings of Palestinians in Gaza. Special mention to Saudi Arabia, who is responsible for the starvation of children in Yemen for coming up to a decade now.

And what to do about it

But as America's grip on power weakens it allows us as the people of the world to continue to turn both Israel and the UAE into the pariahs they deserve to be. Speaking up for Sudan doesn't take anything away from speaking up for Palestine because the root of the problem is the same. The Yankee Bloc.

And the thing to recognize is that the American people are victims of the Yankee Bloc and they're waking up to the fact. They're the soldiers that are routinely sent to prop up American imperialism, they're the workers whose souls are stained by building the bombs that massacre children in Gaza and by watching their politicians fawn over blood stained war criminals such as Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel, Mohamed bin Zayed of the UAE, and Mohammed Bin Salman of the KSA. And all so that their taxes can be funneled through these countries back to the only real beneficiaries, the ultrarich shareholders of Yankee Bloc corporations.

The only way to break the cycle is to keep exposing, keep boycotting, and keep electing politicians who refuse to coverup the truth and demand they divest and sanction these utterly inhumane countries.

All opinions my own, in the end only God knows best.
