I have been wearing a kuffiyeh or a free Palestine scarf since the early days of 2024, back when they were hard to find. What makes me angry is that I am still one of the only ones that does so in my area.

So today I became a published author and it is with incredible gratitude that I had the opportunity to use this new status to sign an open letter condemning the Zionist and genocidal state of Israel's murder of more than 244 Palestinian journalists. So there's a Canadian petition collecting signatures called e-6662 and it's the first link on my bio. It calls for the Canadian government to cut ties with Israel in concrete ways. The fact this is sponsored by a Liberal Member of Parliament is a big deal and I'll get into why.1
A quick note on Kirk and the only way back to a sane normal
Charlie Kirk was an unarmed non-combatant and he was lethally targeted on the 10th of September 2025 on a university campus in Utah. His life ending with a long distance bullet to the neck in the USA.1
I am going to be completely morally consistent here.

So there was an article from Wired by journalist Taylor Lorenz about Democratic Influencers being funded by dark money on the 27th of August 20251 that has caused a mess online that doesn't seem to be going away. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then please skip this, you do not need to know, trust me.
Review of KPop Demon Hunters
Kpop Demon Hunters is a fluffy fun superhero story on Netflix. It's got beautiful colourful visuals, snappy writing, catchy songs and great action scenes telling the story of a three person Korean girl group Huntr/x defeating a horde of demons led by an evil Korean boy band The Saja Boys.
And if that's all it was I wouldn't be talking about it.
Less Than One Month
As seems to be tradition, I am writing this a day late. In less than a month my book comes out. I wish I could focus on just that amidst the devastation of the world.
